After 29 incredible years on the sidelines at Johns Hopkins University, my coaching journey continues—not with a whistle in hand, but with a mission in heart. I created Impact Lax Events to give back to the sport that has given so much to me. It’s my way of continuing to pour into the athletes, parents, and coaches who love this game as much as I do.

Every event we host is rooted in passion, positivity, and purpose. We’re here to teach the game the right way—with intensity, integrity, and a whole lot of joy.
